Whats your point of view ?students ,parents and Professors?
Recently the tobacco companies have agreed on new restrictions to cigarette advertising
(e.g., a ban on billboard advertising) as part of the settlement of lawsuits against them.
Given the research showing that cigarette advertisements appeal strongly to adolescents
and make smoking more appealing to them, do you believe there should be a total ban
on cigarette advertising (except perhaps in adult-only magazines)? Or would you defend
the tobacco companies’ right to advertise, on First Amendment grounds?
They forfeited that right when the intentionally deceived the public for monetary gain at the expense of human life; which they knew would be lost.

well the "4 firm concentration ratio" shows the MARKET SHARE of the 4 largest firms in the industry
So cigarettes for example the 98.9 "4 firm ratio" shows that the TOP 4 firms have 98.9 % of the market share of business
In plastics, the TOP 4 in their industry only have 10% of the market share, which shows there must be a lot more smaller companies competing.
So basically, if the top 4 control 98% that's not really a classic definition of perfect comptetiton is it? These big guys control the market.
Therefore, I would say the Answer is E Plastics because the top 4 only control 10% of the market share. the other 90% is probably evenly divided amoungt many many other companies.
Oh yeah, In perfect competition, all the players should have relatively small market shares..no big guys controlling..so the answer is definitely, without a doubt E.
